Conditions for Return

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

• All tags, original packaging, and accessories must be intact.

• Returns must be initiated within 1 day of receiving the order.

• Returns are accepted only for defective, faulty, or incorrect products.

• The product must be returned to ShoesEar for inspection and approval before any refund is processed.

Exclusions

• Discounted / Sale items are not eligible for return or refund.

• Used, worn, damaged, or altered items are not eligible for return.

• Returns due to change of mind are not accepted.

• If the correct size was delivered but does not fit, it will not be considered a defect.

• If the parcel was allowed to be opened before acceptance, the customer will not be eligible for a return, refund, or claim.
